iPhone saves woman’s life in Vegas Shooting

On Sunday night, Las Vegas witnessed one of the deadliest shooting in the modern US history. Stephen Paddock, 64-year-old, carried out an 11-minute shooting spree from a smashed window on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel which overlooked the Route 91 festival.  This horrific event resulted in 59 deaths and more than 500 injuries.

A woman who was stuck in the festival was miraculously saved by her mobile phone after it blocked one of the bullets. The anonymous woman was in a taxi on her way to home from the Route 91 festival. No information of the woman is known, but thankfully she is alive.

As per the post above on Twitter, the fortunate woman told the taxi driver about what was going on, took a photo, and since then the post is doing rounds on the internet.

P.S. – Seems death was on leave!
