Creating a candy sculpture requires an excellence mastery of the craft and perfect skills. The traditional art of creating sculptures of candies originated in Japan and is known as Amezaiku.
To create sculptures, the sugar syrup is boiled until it becomes dough. Once it reaches that molten state, the artist will only have five minutes to carve, shape and sculpt the dough before it hardens. After the sculptures are made, it becomes both a visual and taste delight.
